		<description>Thanks for the new devo! Just finished running a modified tire gauntlet in driveway. Below X 4 sets:
1. clean and squat 135# X 3-4
tire flip/jump X 2
2. clean/press 60#db X 3 each arm
tire flip/jump X 3
3. OH press w/~70# log x 10
tire flip/jump X 3 
4. Clean and squat 100+# sandbag X 5
flip tire back down driveway (8 flips) 

got a needed 5 min break after third set to say Lord's Prayer with my daughter- gave me the boost I needed for last set!</description>
